Special Needs Acting Classes

Special needs acting classes are taught by qualified industry professionals who have experience teaching kids with disabilities (NDIS Approved).

Age: 13+
Term: 10 weeks
Class Duration: 1 hour and 15 minutes per class per week - Saturday Afternoon 4:30pm-5:45pm
Cost: $275.00 inc GST 

Program Aim: 

The focus of these classes is to develop learning and social skills, physical awareness, imagination, emotion control and visulation. But the skill we take most pride in seeing develop – self-expression, as the students build their confidence their true potential grows!

Areas that we teach and build on term after term are script analysis, characterisation, diction, physically of a character, archetypes, speech, just to name a few. With this we will see students working on various different texts, some of which will be self devised and others from films and Television programs. Audition skills will also be covered, to improve confidence and self esteem and also as we need to prepare the students for any upcoming auditions through the Acting Agency.
