Industry-Focused Screen Acting & Film Training
Professional training for aspiring youg actors wanting to get into film, television, and digital media. Our classes combine established acting techniques with practical, industry-relevant screen skills, preparing students for auditions, on-set work, and contemporary content creation.
Our classes guide students from entry-level training through to professional industry work
Training covers screen acting (Stanislavski & Laban), script analysis and character development, voice-over skills, self-tape auditions, green screen performance, filmmaking fundamentals, vertical screen content, script writing and development—all delivered with a strong focus on current industry practice.
All classes follow the same 10 week term cycle as schools, with new students accepted at the beginning of each term. The classes are streamed, allowing for a variety of skill levels within each age range.

Junior Youth Program
Age: 5-8 years
Term: 10 weeks
Class Duration: 1 hour per class per week - Saturday Mornings 11:15am-12:15pm
Cost: $280.00 inc GST
Program Aim: The Junior Program nurtures children’s imagination, concentration and creativity in a supportive and engaging environment. Through a mix of theatre-based games and industry camera work, students build confidence, focus, and communication skills while exploring performance in a fun, age-appropriate way.
The program also provides a strong foundation for students wishing to continue their training, with skills that naturally support progression into our Senior acting programs as they grow.

Youth Program
Age: 9-12 years
Term: 10 weeks
Class Duration: 2 hours per class per week - Thursday Afternoons 4:30-6:30pm OR Saturday Afternoons 2:30-4.30pm
Cost: $370.00 inc GST
Program Aim: This program develops confident, versatile performers by focusing on both stage and on-camera acting skills. Through creative exploration and practical training, students expand their imagination while learning techniques used across theatre, film, and television.

Senior Youth Program
Age: 13-17
Term: 10 weeks
Class Duration: 2 hours per class per week -Wednesday Afternoons 4:30-6:30pm OR Saturday Mornings 10:15-12:15pm OR Saturday Afternoons 12:30-2:30pm
Cost: $385.00 inc GST
Program Aim: The Senior Youth Program delivers advanced, industry-aligned training designed to prepare young actors for the realities of contermporary screen and live performance. Classes are practical, fast-paced, and media-focused, with students working across stage, camera and digital platforms throughout the year.
Students develop monologues, duologues, and ensemble work, all of which are professionally rehearsed and recorded for screen. Training also extends beyond performance, with students engaging in content development, script work and filming processes, building a strong understanding of how performance operates within modern media production.
Parents and friends are invited to attend live showcases and curated in-house screen viewings, providing students with real-world performance outcomes and experience presenting work to an audience in both live and screen-based formats.

This program supports students as they transition toward auditions and industry focused pathways, building confidence, skill, and professional readiness across multiple media.
Performance Troupe
Age: 13 - 17years
Term: 20 weeks (2 Term commitment)
Class Duration: 2 hours per class - Fridays 4:30-6:30pm
Cost: $750.00 inc GST (upfront) or $900.00 inc GST (if paid in installments)
Program Aim: Entry to Performance Troupe is by audition only, the auditions are held twice yearly for students wishing to gain a position in the class. Heavily driven by technique the class focuses mainly on theatre performance. The tutors for this class are trained actors and theatre directors. Every semester concludes with a performance in a theatre which can vary from self devised pieces to contemporary and classic works. Friends and family are invited to the performances the experience for these students to rehearse and perform in a theatre in front of an audience is invaluable at this stage of training.
Students in Performance Troupe often make the transition to Elite Ensemble, many of whom have progressed to become Professional Actors.
Elite Ensemble
Age: 13 - 17years
Term: 20 weeks (2 Term commitment)
Class Duration: 2 hours per class - Friday Afternoons 4:30-6:30pm
Cost: $800.00 inc GST (upfront) or $900.00 inc GST (if paid in installments)
Elite Ensemble is a selective, advanced training program for the highest-performing Actors Ink students. Entry is by audition only, with auditions held twice yearly for students seeking placement in this elite class.
Participants are professionally mentored and developed as Adelaide’s next generation of screen actors. As part of the program, students receive industry-standard headshots and a professional web profile, supporting their transition into the professional acting industry.
Training is delivered at a professional level, with students working alongside industy Directors, Producers and Film Technicians, with a strong focus on on-camera performance and audition preparation. Elite Ensemble students are actively promoted by the Agency as emerging professional actors, with many securing professional credits during or following the program.
Graduates of Elite Ensemble have achieved outstanding results, including acceptance into leading tertiary and professional training institutions such as NIDA, Flinders University Drama, and AC Arts.
